No surprises, no rush. Most first visits take about an hour, start to finish.

You'll be greeted by name, offered a drink, and given a moment to settle in. Tell us at the desk if you're feeling anxious — it changes how we pace everything.
A proper chat
Before anything goes near your mouth, we sit down and talk — your history, any worries, what you'd like to change. You're in the driver's seat the whole time.
Gentle exam & digital scans
A thorough but easy check of your teeth, gums and bite, with modern digital X‑rays — no goopy moulds, no discomfort.
Your clean
A comfortable professional clean and polish with our hygienist — the part patients say feels the best.
A clear plan
We walk you through what we found in plain English, split into what's urgent versus optional, with upfront pricing. Nothing gets done without your say‑so.
What to bring
- A photo ID and your insurance card (if you have one)
- A list of any medications you take
- Details of your previous dentist, if you'd like records transferred
- Any questions — no matter how small
- Yourself, five minutes early to fill in a short form
